1. Do you provide NIOS certificate? What is your fee for providing certificate? Some ‘X’ institute provides certificate, but they charge very high.
We don’t provide as it is illegal. Certificate is provided by NIOS Board after you pass your examination. You must appear and pass examination for Certificate. Please don’t put yourself into trouble which may appear in the coming years due to such fake certificate.
Every Universities verify sooner or later.
2. Do you provide any ‘HELP’ during examination?
Please don’t fall into such types of traps. Many fake agencies are offering such types of temptation. They charge very high fees and after that they never respond. Nothing happens even after that and ultimately students either fail or waste years in NIOS also.
3. Do you provide 100% passing guarantee?

4. Sir, you said that some institutions provide fake certificate, but my friend has got such certificate and also got admission in college. How could it be possible?
College must have given admission by mistake based on such fake certificate. Search on google for NIOS fake certificate. You will come to know the reality. Such eye opening cases are also being published in Newspaper from time to time. You will come to know lots of such cases.It is heard from the sources that even after passing their graduation based on 12th fake certificate, when verified; such students are brought down to 10th level and criminal case is also lodged. 5. Do you provide facility of ‘Non attending’ result?
NO. Many fake institutions give false advice and accordingly you don’t have to appear in examinations. You will get certificate without attending exams. Please don’t fall into such types of traps. Cases are being found even after 5 years. In one such case, the student was caught on verification by employer after 12 years.
6. Where do you provide examination center?
We don’t provide exam center. Public Examination center for theory is decided by NIOS Board. If someone is assuring you for the center outside your city or outside your state, he must be fake person.

National Institute of Open Schooling widely known as NIOS is a Central Education Board established by Ministry of Human Resource Development [MHRD] and is equivalent & at Par with CBSE, ICSE and GSEB.
Q.2 Is NIOS valid?
Yes. It is valid and equivalent to CBSE, ICSE and other State Boards like GSEB.
Q.3 Is NIOS Government approved?
There is no question of Government approval as it is constituted and governed by Indian Government.
Q. 4 Can NIOS student get admission in other school /college?
Yes. As per the Government notification all schools and colleges are bound to allow admission subject to admission criteria.
Q. 5 Is NIOS recognized all over the world for Visa, immigration and education?
YES. NIOS is recognized all over the world subject to fulfilment of certain criteria. Please inquire at concerned University/College/ Country level where you are seeking to get admission.
Q. 6 Can NIOS students appear in competitive exams like CET like JEE, NEET, CLAT etc?
NIOS is recognised for college admission by Association of Indian Universities [AIU], Medical Council of India [MCI], Indian Nursing Council, Pharmacy Council of India, IIT, ISM, GTU and NIOS students are eligible for entrance exam like JEE, NEET, AFMC, NDA, CLAT, NCHMCT, NIFT or NID etc. [However, you must make final inquiry at college level]
Q. 7 Who can apply for NIOS examination?
It is suitable to all types of students: Students wishing to go for IIT, Students who want to build career in sports, The students who are having established family business and just want to get degree with subjects of their own choice, Elderly person whose age is not suitable for attending school, specially abled children who could not join formal schooling, etc. can ally join NIOS for their further studies.
Q. 8 Is NIOS Board very EASY?
Yes, absolutely true. The reason why the students feel easy is that they have the option to select the subjects of their own choice. When the subjects are suitable to their own choice they perform well.
Q. 9 Can NIOS students pass their 10th or 12th without subjects like Mathematics, Science, Sanskrit, Gujarati, Accountancy, Economics or statistics?
YES. NIOS is the only board that gives wide variety of subject options as per student's aptitude viz. Home Science, Political Science, Psychology, Mass Communication and Journalism, Early Child Care and Education, Introduction to Law, Library Science etc. which are normally not offered in formal schools.
Q. 10 Can students get admission in college without subjects like Maths, science or Accountancy?
Yes. However, student must fulfil admission criteria.
Q. 11 Has NIOS any value?
Absolutely YES. Now-a-days students of Engineering, Medical, Pharmacy, Nursing, etc are also preferring to pass their 12th through NIOS. As far as you have knowledge, it doesn't matter from where you have acquired your certificate.
1. What is the procedure for taking admission in NIOS?
Procedure is very easy and you can register online but not as easy as registering for Gmail account as you must be very careful regarding Stream of admission and Subjects for registration. Any minor mistake may put you in trouble.

3. Which documents are required for NIOS admission?
Main documents required for admission are ID proof (Aadhar Card), Birth Certificate, Address proof. However, document requirement depends on case to case which can be known only after examining case.
4. What are the fees structures for NIOS admission?
NIOS fee structure is very nominal ranges from nearly ₹2,000 to 3,500. However, Registration fee depends on Stream you select, number of subjects after minimum five subjects, if applying for TOC, Gender, SC/ST cast etc.
5. What are the subjects available for 10th / 12th standard?

6. How many subjects should we take?
Minimum five subjects and maximum seven subjects. One of which must be language.
However, while selecting subjects, you must consider the group of subjects as in some cases, you may not be allowed more than ‘X’ number of subjects from that group.
7. Can we change or add subjects after admission?
Yes. You can but you must keep in mind the time when you can apply also you must not have passed in that subject. If you miss that time, you cannot.
8. Center for my medium of instruction (Gujarati Medium) is not available. What to do?
Try to select the center that is available for your medium if it is near to your native place / city or select your city in which your medium is not available. You can always appear in theory exam in your medium of language even if your selected medium is different.
9. I have made payment, but my reference number is not generated. What to do?
This is very serious case. You must approach your regional Center in your state or Noida, UP.
